Grief Share
GriefShare is a 13-week help and support group for people dealing with the loss of a loved one.  Each session begins with a helpful 35-40 minute video followed by a discussion and support group.  You are not required to speak during the support session of the program.  You can get help just by listening to others.  You will be among others who are also grieving the loss of a loved one. 
   The group is led by people who have experienced grief and successfully rebuilt their lives.  They understand how you feel because they have been in the same place. 
   It is not necessary to attend every session.  All sessions are independent and will provide some help.  We hope to see you at GriefShare.
