Mission Partners Presentation
October is a big month for missions at Fairway. First, on October 4 and 5, four of our partners will be joining us: Lake Aurora Christian Camp (a local mission), WWHO (World Wide Hispanic Outreach, Inc., Mexico), Partners in Missions (Odessa, Ukraine), and TCM, Inc. (Vienna, Austria). Each will have a display in the Gathering Hall explaining their work. You are encouraged to meet them before or after service. Also, on Saturday, Oct 4, at 3:30pm in the Café, each partner will give a short presentation about their mission. Ice cream and cookies will be provided.
The following weekend, October 11 and 12, our partner in India, the Kerala Christian Mission will be here. They will be available at each service for you to meet. On Saturday, Oct 11 at 4:30pm in the Cafe, they will have a time where they will discuss what it is like to be a Christian missionary in a non-Christian country. Please sign up for this event on the kiosk. They will also be available during both Sunday Bible Study hours on Sunday Oct 12 at 9am and 10am, for a similar discussion. Please don’t miss this opportunity.
Fairway is blessed to have truly dedicated missions’ partners who are doing the work Romans 10:14-15 calls all of us to do. Please welcome them during Missions Month.
