Sunday Bible Study – Galations

In his short letter to the Galatians, Paul outlines
the bombshell truth that the gospel is the A to Z
in the Christian life. He tells us that it is not only
the way to enter the kingdom, but it is the way to
live in the kingdom.

We will see Paul telling the Galatians that all they
need—all they will ever need—is the gospel of
God’s unmerited favor through the death, burial,
and resurrection of Jesus. Paul is going to help
them solve their problems, not by telling them to
“be better Christians,” but by calling them to live
out the implications of the gospel.

We will watch how Paul challenges them, and us,
with the simple truth that the gospel is not just
the ABCs of Christianity, but that the gospel is
the A through Z, and that Christians need the
gospel just as much as non-Christians. It
transforms our hearts, our thinking, and our
worldview.
